Some guidance, please.

My 82 Z28 in imn need of some TLC. I am not looking for to restore the car to spec but to get it to be a presntable weekend drive. First, the rear most left front fender bolt is conspicuous in its absence. Furthermore, thereappears to be no EASY access to install the clip for the bolt. What is required to install the clip and bolt? Second, the headliner is in need of replacement as it sags, badly. Where is a good source for one, with installation instructions? Third, and last for now, The dash is on its way out and cracked. I've seen those overlay pieces which fit over the existing dash. The price was $145. What's the best way to handle the dash issue?
Many Thanks in advance.

As far as the headliner goes, you can recover your board or you can buy a whole new one. When you get a new one, I recommend (as does a lot of others on here) the ABS board which is a lot tougher than the old cardboard ones. You can get an ABS board already covered in the fabric of your choice. You can also get a complete kit that includes covered sail panels and visors so the fabric matches perfectly. I got mine from fbodymotorsports.com and they included extra fabric (a square yard) and instructions for installation. Installation is very easy.
