t-top weatherstrip removal
ok i'm hesitant tp remove my t-top weatherstripping to fix the leak. The driver that had it before i, replaced it not to long ago yet it leaks on the back seat in hard rain. Ok i need to know if anyone has successfully pulled it up without damaging it, I do not have the money to replace the weatherstripping. please give me needed tips to make it easy.

You may not need to remove the seal at all.
I replaced both of my t-top seals totally last summer and have a few ideas on how you can proceed.
There is only one thing that you should have to buy.
Buy One tube of black or white silicone sealant. (Available at your local auto parts store). I used black for color match.
Here are a few tips.
1. Remove your t-tops.
2. Look at the rear corner.
3. Pull the seal back slightly. You will probably see daylight.
4. Fill this area with silicone sealant, until you have no space for water to get through left.
5. Repeat as necessary at each of the corners.
This might help. Also look at the article page for info on t-top seals.
