Where do foglight brackets attach?

Axle/Gears: 3.70 9-bolt
Where do foglight brackets attach?
I got all the hardware I need to put the foglights on my car but not sure where they attach, or maybe I will have to fab something. Any pics of how the mounting bracket attaches to the car?

If I am not mistaken, the bracket attaches to the top of the bar inside of the pocket where the foglights sit. Might have to drill holes for the bracket to bolt to.
I can double check tomorrow afternoon when my friend comes over with is Z28.
