i recently noticed that the bottom corner of my driver side door is rubbing on the door sill or ground effect (whatever you wanna call it). the door closes but appears to be digging somewhat of a groove and i dont want it to start rusting. am i looking at new hinges? if not then what?

 

New hinge pins, if not entire hinges.

 

How much would I be looking at spending to have that done? Would I have to take it to GM?
