How can i remove the metal plate on top of the t top bar? Mine is all rusted out. I pulled 3 screws from each side but im not sure how to get the plate. I am Afraid to bend it out of shape.

 

There are more screws underneath the weatherstripping. The weatherstripping needs to be removed to get at them. It's practically impossible to do this without damagine the weatherstripping from what I hear. Might be a good time to replace the weatherstripping (if it needs it) as well as the center bar.

Im Pretty sure the weatherstripping has to go also. Everytime it rains i get a 4 inch puddle where the rear seat is supposed to be. I want to sand blast the shole interior of the car and repaint it. Is there a good website to order repair panels?
