1991 interior, camaro?

What year did they change the interior in the camaros, i mean with the yellow instrument panel and air bag in the steering wheel. My friend had a 1991 RS and i was curious if 1990 had these changes also.

1990+ got the airbag, new dash cluster and the yellow.....

i love the style.... hate the yellow

The spoiler came on z28's in 91 and 92 only
