Do you mean the plastic piece the clips into the headliner? You can buy them new from one of our sponsors. I needed one - I think I got it from Classic Industries.
The great thing about the new ones is they have a slit on the thin part of the 'rectangle' the belt goes through. You can sort of see it in this picture. So, you don't need to take the entire seatbelt mechanism apart. And, you can't see it when installed from most angles because the belt is there.

I'm pretty sure the dealer also carries that item. I went in once and struck up a conversation with the parts guy and he told me they still sold them.
