remote side view mirror

How does the remote mirror attach to the door? The mirror with the joystick looking thing on the end, that moves the mirror.
Thanks

It is held in by two bolts, which you'll find on the inside of the door. You have to remove the door panel, which is done by removing the door handle bezel, the arm rest, and snapping the door lock off, then carefully prying the door panel off. You may want to use a door panel remover for this so you don't damage your door skin and/or fasteners, but it's optional. You should be able to find the two bolts holding the mirror on the door at this point. I don't have any ideas how you would get them out though, they look very hard to get to. You're going to need either some type of swivel, or one of those bent wrenches as it's a tight spot.

Mathius, Sorry I should have been more clear. I have the mirror on, I just don't have a clue how to attach the 'paddle' joystick to the door.
Thanks
