are the door panel ground effects bolted on?

Bolted....there are nuts on the inside of the door. If you were to take off the door panels, you would see them way down low. Like the rounded acorn style nuts.

okay if youre trying to take them off....theres screws in the door jam on the floor, i believe theres screws on the bottom of the gfx underneath the car, theres a screw underneath the graficks near the front you have to pry that off, and to get the screw off the back you have to go from the inside of the sail panel, take off the little cover, pull the speaker and theres a nut down there.

Two exterior acorn nuts, one at the front of the door, one at the back and three regular nuts inside the door, 10mm if I remember correctly.
