Hey guys .. i just fixed my door for $10 and i figured this could help you guys. I went to napa and bought the replacement pin and bushings for $10. then i dismantled the bottom hinge and the holes that the bushings go into were extremely worn so i mig welded around the holes then ground them flat and drilled it out to the correct size. I tapped the bushings into place and reassembled the whole hinge. Worked extremely well. It feels like a brand new hinge and does not sag at all anymore. And only cost about ten bucks.
