rocker panels what?

i feel real dumb asking this but what hold the rocker panels on my 88 camaro? i have all the screws out but it seems like there are 2 clips ( 2 in front maybe 2 in the back?) that are holding it to the fender and the 1/4 panel. i cant break them A. because that would suck and B i have to save every penny i can. anyone know what i can do?

I'm assuming you have a camaro and that rocker panels are the side GFX....in that case there are two things you need to do. First pry off the emblem near the front of it and there are two screws under there. Then to get the back one off take off the sail panel in the back seat where the speakers are (single screw then lift it up and pull out) then pull out the speaker and there will be an opening. Put your hand down that opening and there will be a nut threaded onto a piece that is attached to the GFX. Take the nut off (i forget it either takes a 10/8 mm socket/wrench) then go back to the outside of the car and pull and the whole thing will pop off.
