Ram Air II Hood

I know the first person to look at the topic was saying "retard just search on the topic" but I want everyones opinion on this. Winter has already set in here so I have parked my Formula in the garage for the winter, so now that I have time to play with it I am putting on Trans Am bumpers and ground effects and I was wanting to know everyones personal experiences with the Ram Air II hood, I've heard good and bad. I planned on buying it from Hawks, becuase I've always had good luck with them. I definantly love the look of the hood and i think it would give me exactly the look I wanna go for, but I dont wanna buy this hood and it not fit like some other pics on here that I've seen where it is not even close to being alligned properly, I am an extremely picky person I just spent over a year completely rebuilding this car and I am already wanting to change something about it, and if any gap on this car doesnt look right becuase of the hood I dont want to mess with it. Thanks

i like the hood and i dont like the hood. I wish it fit better, and now so many people are getting the hood it sucks. I say stay with the stock hood, with the stock hood the car looks lower than it is.

i got mine almost a year ago , i like it alot better than my old pin on hood, for a fiberglass hood i dont think they suck, i've put some crappy *** shzit on some **** mobiles at work (hood's,body kits, bumpers) that make these hoods look like something of a bentley.

i dont think theres been a custom aftermarket panel yet that i havent had to clean up in way or another.
