Not for sure if this is the same place your talking about but, Covan's Classic sales a real nice cluster for our cars. Here a link.

those things are really cool looking but 700 bucks seems a little steep for my budget.

it's only $110 for the plastic piece, which is all i want. i just want to put my sport-comp guages in it. just gotta talk to my friends from autometer to see if they will make a 3 3/8" sport-comp tach or if i have to buy a different gauge *ie a carbon fiber gauge, or something like that* sportcomps come in a 3 3/4" tach, but they have a 3 3/8" speedo, silly huh?

I have a digital dash for summit racing in my 91 camaro, it's a universal dash, I had my mechanic put it in... the dash ended up costing me like 450 and the installation costed another good 150 bucks...

i hate digital dashes....sorry, thanks for the idea though. and i can install it myself for free....i just really like autometer guages, and it has to resemble stock, which those clusters do.
anyone got pics of it installed?

I fabricated my own dash out of 1/8" thick aluminum plate. It holds a 5" speedometer and 2-5/8" volt, N20 pressure, and fuel level gauges. This plate bolts right into the stock dash with a little trimming of the interior structure. It also houses all the factory indicator lights.
I then built a side pod that I fastened to the dash above the console that holds 2-5/8" oil temp, oil pressure, coolant temp, and fuel pressure. Secured to an arm above this pod is a 5" shiftlight tach. I also added a panel with 6 switches for various electronic add ons (cooling fan bypass, line lock, ect.).
Material wise the cost was fairly low, even considering the gauges and wiring used (I used all weatherpack connectors). The fabrication was very involved, and time consuming, but the result is one of a kind. I'll post picks if I can figure out how...

these are all wonderful suggestions. i race with the National Street Car Association and other "street lega" drag racing organizations. i must keep the gauge cluster "stock appearing". i have had this panel approved by the tech dept. over at the NSCA so i know that this is good to go. i think i will go with this panel. unless someone comes up with yet another/better idea. keep em' coming fellas. include pics if possible
