Transmission: 700R4
How hard should this be to fix?

I was at my girlfriends moms house lastnight. Her and her neighbor share a driveway, Well her neighbor back out right into my car, and this is what it did. Should this be easy to fix?

doesn't look all that serious, if it doesnt buff right out

that panel looks like it needs to be "popped" out too - anyone have advice on popping out those spots? (heh, I ask because I have a similiar one that we there when I bought the car)
