yeah so i called a few of the local Chevy dealers today just to get a quote on factory GM fog light assmebly for my 92 and the bastards all laughed and said "those have been discontinued for a while now buddy ". is this true? at least keep some in stock for enthusiasts like us. cmon now, these dealers are dropping the camaro like a donkey drops a duce. its heartbreaking.

 

ya I know.. I can't beleive how many parts are being discontinued. it's a very sad.

 

I have been able to find a few in the boneyards on occasion but they are getting hard to fin also. I have also heard and am not sure if it's true, that the fog lights on some of the fourth gen's are the same as the 89 - 92's,

Manufacturers have to keep parts for 10 years after the last model year was made. 92 being the last year for the 3rd gen, so 2002 was the last year they were required to stock parts.
