im not sure if they made them for that years, but you could always swap them from an older camaro, may i ask why you would want to put mudflaps on ur camaro?

I think youd have to remove the ground effects to put on mud flaps.

you don't need to remove the gfx to install mud flaps. If you look at the rear of the car, you'll notice the tires stick out much further than the rear 1/4s. Stone damage happens easily back there. I only have the rear mud flaps on my IROC-Z to protect the rear 1/4s.

I just coated my quarters in rubber. The rubbers finally starting to chip after about 2 years.

We're not talking about the inside of the 1/4s. They protect the paint!

My 91 bird had mudflaps on it. I took them off though because they looked stupid and they wouldn't stay on right... they had a tendancy of one of the mounts coming loose and "winging" out.

consider this.....

Instead of mudflaps, 3-M makes a clear stone-guard film that can be applied from say, the body line down that is almost invisable. this allows you body color to show through and doesnt look quite as silly as a set of mudflaps. I can say i bought a set of mudflaps for my 87 GTA and after just holding them up there I decided I didnt like that idea at all. Just a thought.......

yah ive seen that clear plastic stick on stuff it looks good when you first put it on but intime and after washing it can become scuffed and scratched looking....plus youd have to do from the molding body line down and thats half the freekin car. also you can see the edge of it witch i dont like. Im running mudflaps they might look plain but atleast my paints got no chips on it and if i drive on mud i keep my car reasonably clean (witch happens alot).

If i lived in the city id run no mudflaps but i dont. I get alot of flack for having mudflaps but alteast they dont got refective tape on them like some rigs. hahahha

I saw an alternative at a car show a few years ago.. this guy got some lexan and cut out his own mudflaps, and these where on a corvette.. I didn't notice it at first, till I actually looked.. not a bad idea.. and if they get to scratched out, make a new one and put it on.

most auto part stores carry them ie autzone, advance auto, pep boys, and RV shops usually stock them as well.

I have the same ones as llvll4l2c91350. I've had people say that they really do go with the car. They're great to stop the splashes when I drive over puddles. I think its because they're not huge mudflaps and they dont stick out a lot.

Do those have to bolt on? I was going to get a set but wasn't sure if I'd have to drill or not, and I'd want to be able to remove them sometimes.

Yep i also see some nice ones at Walmart (belive it or not), and also a gm dealer you should check out. Never know if they have a nice set laying around for a long time theyll sell to yah cheap. I think mine came from a gm dealer they are white outline bowtie ones. Yah you may have to jack up the car and take off a wheel to drill nice and put them on easyer.

I got mine from year one, they are molded to fit against the body lines, I think they look a little better than the flapping ones,( no offence) i would rather not have them, but they DO make a diffrence.

....they may make some for the 'maros too.

I never thought I'd like mud flaps, but my TA came with them and I haven't even second guessed removing them. They are silver Firebirds. But, they might not look as good if I do a GTA conversion since my taillight center will be gold.

They do keep stuff like small rocks (like from all the construction zones around here) from chipping your paint,...which as you can tell,...my paint chips fairly easily. Plus, when your tires are spinning, it keeps all that nasty rubber from getting on your car.
