? on aftermarket precovered headliner board

If i order the precovered board, does it come with the holed for the domelight and seatbelts cutout? I'm asking cuz i have 5-point harnesses in my car and don't want them cut out, but i need a new, covered board, and I could get a whole kit cheaper than buying individual pieces and getting them covered "professionally". I've done some interior stuff, but mostly vinyl and tweed, and i don't really have the time to do it myself.

Mine too. I have a fiberglass t-top headliner w/black fabric. There are cutouts in the fiberglass backing, but not the upholstery itself.

yeah, that's what i was really wanting to know, if it was cut through the fabric. I assumed it would be cut through the board. I was thinkin of getting hawks kit, unless they are cut through the fabric. I just don't want it to be cut through the fabric, as I don't want to have a brand new headliner board recovered to cover the holes.
