Hatch pull down
Does anyone know if the hatch pull down unit is unique on a 91 RS? I have been looking for one, the car came without one so I can't compare. I have found a unit from an 87Z but I need to find out if it will fit.

There was a change mid-year in 1991. To know which yours had take a look at the hatch hook. If it is made of formed round rod and un-painted then it was the 1987-91 style which had a large metal frame. If it is made of stamped sheet metal and painted black, then it was the 1991-92 style which had a frame of tan colored molded plastic.
