DARE License plate

Okay, I guessed on where this topic belonged so moderators move as needed.

My question is about DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) license plate. I've seen a lot of Camaros driving around with them. I'm just wondering if anyone thinks this will make a cop go easier on a driver? If anyone is a cop or knows a cop, could you give a responce or if you have an experience or opinion, I'd love to hear it. It's a decent fee at $35 for it but is it worth it? -> And yes, I know there is no better way to avoid a ticket than good driving but hey, I'm a teenager in a Camaro, what cop doesn't want to pull me over?

The other thing is I'm not sure how amny other states offer this so if you're outside of Pennsylvania and have it, give a little info. Thanks.

won't make a bit of difference....try offering the cop the $35 instead.

i'd start out with "so are you in on the take "

Im in PA as well and have been thinking about getting one just because I think it would look better with my blackouts but as for not getting pulled over because of it I highly doubt it, al the cops here watch my car all the time no matter what.

If this topic was actually about the DARE plate instead of how to bribe an officer, I might have left it open.
