Is there any way to change these out without taking off the whole front bumper? The paint cracked after I got it back from the body shop. I got some new ones and had them painted and now I have to swap them out.

 

I don't believe you can take them out without removing the bumper cover.

 

I don't need the old ones.. I think I'm going to dremel out the centers so I can unbolt them, then use some epoxy to glue them in... I'll go back and bolt them in later.. I'm getting ready for a big car show next week and am short on time.
