On my drivers side lower hinge the roller part of the pin, not the pin and bushing but the larger part that guide the metal pice from the door is about to fall off and make a horrid noise. Is there a fix to this or any suggestions?

 

I bought a door hinge repair kit that I thought was for the upper hinge, but it was actually for the lower, and I matched the kit up with the hinge and couldn't figure how the thing would ever work. It looked form my observation that that repair kit would never have of fixed it. I would just buy a new lower hinge and grind off the old one and weld back on the new one. That's what I'm probobly gonna do with my driver side upper hinge.
