Where can I find fenders?

I'm looking for both front fenders for a 91 firebird. Cheaper is better, as long as I don't have to sacrifice quality. I also heard that aftermarket fenders are slightly over or undersized....is this true??

I went to the junk yard today and bought both fenders for $80.00. No dents or dings

Well the junk yard should be your best bet, my friend who works for a dealership said Yearone actually bought the molds for the GM fenders so they are the only source for GM unless they have surplus stock! I checked his price (not retail) and they were only a couple dollars cheaper then Yearone GM's retail! I cantt say its 100% but he is the estimator and he gets me GM parts for what aftermarkets cost and those were too expensive for me.

Try the classifieds here on TGO. I just got a very nice D/S fender for my '91 Bird from Maine (i'm in Pa and it only cost $28 to ship UPS). Remember, ALL '82-'92 'Bird fenders are the same (diffrences limited to mounting holes for GFX). Also, ALWAYS try the local J'yards first. Got my P/S fender for only $20 there (it's a factory replacement fender, so it's nice and clean ).

The fenders are black and blue. There is not damage to the fender that you are talking about. I think what you see is a reflection from the light which may enhance you to believe thats its damage. I would not have bought a fender that was damage, plus its a U-Pull-It Junkyard, so I would have NOT spend my tire pulling a dented fender. I see these fender last week when I went there to get a bracket for the hood and ask the guy how much were they, he said $40.00 so I knew after the rain had stop during the week that I had to make sure I made it down there to get these fenders thats in such great shape

junkyard by me got some doors on a blue z ima try get they said 50 for the drivers door which is the shell basically no dor panel no lock mechanism at all but window and everything to do w/ window is there.

pass side i dunno on its againist the mountain prolly no good.

may have ben lite on it just kinda looked like in middle of the rear part it rolled up in middle of the bottom of the rear most part.

i got a small parts inventory when i bought my car lol a hole truck load actually 2 truck loads worth lol.

i only used a few parts of what came w/ it tho i got more parts to scrap then i used on the car because they were supposed to be better then ones on car and they wasnt they were worse lol.
