Can anyone give advice on how to reapply the manual door lock **** to the lock rod? I cant seem to get the rod back into the door lock when reapplying the panel.
Any help would be great.

 

Put the rod in position and press on it really hard to lock it in place.

It does try your patience sometimes. I have found that the best way to do it is to put the hook in the hole first and hold it in place with your fingers. then using your other hand, brace the rod while pushing the back of the lever down on the rod with your thumb
