Well, I also have a bunch of pics that are too big. They have to be smaller than 102500 bytes.
You can try to resize them to make them smaller, but I couldn't tell you how to do that, because I don't know how either.

using the bult in paint program that is in all versions of windows within 10 years, its in the image tab, called Sketch/Skew. Using the Sketch option, entering a percentage will reduce it to that percentage of the original size

I dont know i dont like red that much to beging w/....but my camaro is red. i think that it is just a bad color for interior b/c of the way that is fades look weird...
