What kind of Condition is your headliner backing in?
If its needs to be replaced go with a ABS Headliner via Hawks thirdgen.

i got my headliner fabric at pepboys. they sell them in big cardboard boxes with it rolled up inside, called HeadsUp. they have a variety of colors and the grey matched my interior perfectly. black should be no problem either. it cost about 30 bucks but its worth it, has the foam backing attached to it and feels just like new.

If you want to do the job quick and easy, go with the ABS headliner described above. I put it in my car in an afternoon and it looks great.
