Anyone ever replace a battery tray?

I think I need to replace my battery tray. It looks to be spot welded in (cant really tell). Does anyone have any recommendations on removing it? Is there an aftermarket one available? I maybe able to repair this one but I just don't know at this time. Thanks

Mine is riddled with rust and needs to come out as well before the cancer spreads. Can you elaborate on "Classic"?? Is there a website...or a publication...part #'s??? Also is the tray they offer a reproduction part that will fit the same way? or will I have to modify. Thanks.

I just cut mine out with a grinding wheel and welded a sheet of 14 ga. in place. I drilled drainage holes and mounting holes. After paint is looks pretty good.

the battery tray also is part of the front fender support, so make sure what else is rusted out.
