Urethane primer question

Urethane primer question

Has anyone here ever used urethane primer before? I was told that urethane primer was the stuff to use if you're painting a car that was once rusty around the edges.
How easy is it to sand the stuff, though? Can it be used like spot-filler?

Its great, it seals if your not gonna get paint on the car right away, i have it on half of my iroc right now, the other half is still white, accident...

Anway, i have 2K100 urethane primer, which is real nice but expensive, its abaut a 80 bucks a gallon...but it works, i donno on the sanding i havent tried yet...
