I was going to say your car looks just like mine right now painted, then i noticed it is the same car. I think it looks good, but you should get some different rims. Nice engine, whats the comp. ratio.

different rims would be better, but it hink for your setup staying with 15's or 16's is fine since youre most likely just going in a straight line with it i think itd look good if you got some 85-87 irocs and had them widened to 10 or 11 in the rear and put some good tires on...then just keep the fronts as 16 X 8

Ha, that looks awsome with them rims. The only reason i went with these, is because i got all 4 for $225 with tires. So i thought it was a good deal. Yeah, the engine is really dirty yet, but its only been about 4 months so i got alot of work to do, just tuning right now. I love my car with the snypers, holy jeeze. I Want them.. he he. The comp. ratio is 10.5:1. If you look closely, this was an RS, the emblems were completely shaved from the body. Also, the white strip on the stop of the car. I think that looks much better. May be going trim black on the door handles tho. And yes, i do have stickers coming for the side of the hood that says 454 SS. Ha ha, i love my car. Some of the stupid ricers up here call it the joe dirt car, kinda makes me mad, but screw em. u know...

Don`t get upset cause some jealous import foriegn country supportin` snots drop a few words, just challange them to a race and even offer to pull four plug wires off the big block (so it`s a even race) LOL! Hey, it does look good with those snipers but I know what it takes to get that big engine in there and running! Wanna met at the track and compare notes one time?

u run 11's? Whoa, what you have for an engine in there. I dont think mine will be that great, but who knows. Yeah, ill be heading up to milan soon to see my times. If ya want to meet up, that would be great. I have a feeling you will have me. First, i gotta get my rents to sign the waiver form so i can even race, i am not 18 yet.. ughhh.

Since that picture, it has gotten a new alt, new PS pump, and has been cleaned up, but not enough, he he. Yeah, it is nice hearing a big lope when you come to a stop sign, and people giving you thumbs up on it. he he, with the 3 inch exhuast and the v-force, it sounds better than flowmaster IMO and is half the price. With just them exhuast manifolds, i know i am gettin held back a good 40 hp, and gobs of torque, but i mean, they are stainless steel, and plus, well they do look pretty nice on the engine. I will get a better pic of my engine up as soon as i get the braided line and all the wires hidden.

496...let me know a few weeks in advance and I`ll meet you at milan, I went 11.27 last year at ubly, since then there has been a lot of changes, most to reduce the front end wieght, so we`ll see what happens and oh yea, they`ll probably only let me hit the elevens once...still no cage. That motor is a .100 over 10.5 comp with a 670 lift solid roller and merlin 310`s This one has not seen the track yet but my *** dyno says way faster! You should be a solid 12.0 car, I went 12.6 the first time out and had a small flat tappet on street tires and a 3.23 w/no stall and always had 113mph or better with the big block.

Yeah, u have a bit more in your engine then me. So i should be good for mid. 12's hopefully. I have a 2200 stall, with a .540 cam. Is yours very street friendly? Do you drive that everyday?

Yea it`s street friendly, the roller even thou it`s largest I`ve had in it runs the car real smooth. Way better drivability than any flat tappet I`ve ever had in it. I started with a 245/580 then went to a 254/596 both were hydraluics, then I went 260/630lift solid and that`s when it started coming to life. Now I running a 248/254 660/666 lift comp solid roller and it was well worth the $! I drive it as much as I can afford too, it gets around 7-8 miles if I keep my foot out of it, Only thing is now I can never open it up on the street..too fast..too loud
