I am wondering if anyone here knows exactly what black (color number) is painted on the black emegency brake lever? There are some chips that I would like to fix by purchasing some touch up paint.

It looks like a satin black, but I jus ttook out the whole unit, sanded, etch primed, and painted it semi-gloss black. Took a couple hours with rattle cans, mostly for setting time between coats. Did the same with the shifter. They look great.
