GOOD fenders! Most places have sets of fenders that have one good one and one dented and rusted out one, usually the passenger's side one for some reason, and that seems to be the one most people need...
Wiper arms, interior items, trim pieces, possibly hatch pulldown items if the gear thing is still good...
ECM's are good for selling, if they still have them in the cars, along with radios and stuff, also instrument clusters are hot for selling right now too with all the swaps going on...

i looked for a long time for hood/hatch shocks and i found a full new set on a car. just check to see if the printing on the shock is blue, and if it holds the hood up with lots of resistance especially if its in the sun. they work better in the sun, and are weak when its cold.
sensors can usually be had cheap, some places dont even charge for sensors because theres no realy guarntee that they are a good part. i usually open a car that i know wasnt there before and look for things the previous owner had replaced recently. got a brand new tps sensor for free, new washer bottle for 5$ canadian sometimes i grab those little plastic screws that hold the trunk panels in... signal flasher.... good console lids... uncracked dashpads... if you can find those overhead consoles with the flashlight still installed grab that... berlinetta digital clusters and signal/wiper switches are rare.... good centercaps... i love the junkers

Get the parts that make the top f-body models different. Like an IROC grill and foglights (cause I need one), IROC/TA tailights, hood louvers/vents (people are always losing or breaking them), emblems (IROC,Z28,RS), GTA/IROC sway bars and wonder bar, somebody said 140 speedo, good door panels, any 91-92 gfx or z28/TA-formula spoilers, If you get any of that stuff you're certain to sell it to other TGO members. Oh ya 305 HO air filter snorkels and housing too.

I always look for overhead consoles and the special mounting screws that go with them (+ the wiring harness). Also- 82-83 V8 fan shrouds (mechanical fan style), non-a/c heater boxes, spare tires with the aluminum wheel, nice leather shift *****/emer brake handles, t-top shades, those roll-up hatch covers w/brackets & the door panels with the integrated armrests.
Before you go to the yard, check the "wanted" section of the TGO classifieds and see if you find any of that stuff-- that way you have an immediate buyer.

Like Mr. W,
I too, am looking for the Lexan T-Tops in really good condition.
I have found a set in the junk yard, but one was broken, and the other pretty much scratched too deep.
I didn't know if the rest ofthe T-top peices could be interchanged with a plastic replacement peice itself, or even if Pontiac made one.
Have fun at the yard,
George
