ok so im sorta playin around w/ the idea of goin backwards in my interior rather than forwards, u know like swapping for 2nd and 1st parts rather than 4th, cuz i mean everyone goes to 4th, so what all will fit from 2nd and 1st? will seats and door pannels? what about the console or dash? what are yalls opinions as to how that would look as well, thanx

 

ive seen a second with a 4th gen dash in it, dont know how much work went into it though, but it does hint that it would work. Just about any GM front seats will work in our cars you just have to reuse your old seat tracks. As for the rear im not sure. Ive also seen a 1st gen with a front k memeber out of a 4th with a LS1 engine in it in some car mag. But if the pockets are deep enough you could do anything. The problem is going to be finding a 2nd gen interior in better shape than your 3ed. And I wouldn't strip a 1st gen to put into my 3ed gen.

But yea I think a retro style would look good, just make sure to carry the theam out side of the car, 2nd gen style spoiler, mabe even wheels. But the 2nd gen interior isn't compfortable as the the 3ed or 4th.
