I am thinking of purchasing a 1989 Trans Am (My first third gen and first car for that matter) and was wondering if anyone could show me their third gen stock Trans Am console lit up when it's dark out. I hear criticism for how bad the console looks lit up but i'm not sure if the rumors are true.

 

The only thing that lights up on the console is the shift indicator. Now on the radio pod its a different story, but its just a red orange color. I like the color myself but for somereason everon wants indeglow or reverse indeglow stuff which gets on my nerves driving, but I do think it looks better over all.

I would show you a picture of the console but I have a 00 console in my car now so I cant take a picture, if you want a picture of the radio pod I can do that, let me know ill do it tonight if you want.

 

If you could do that it would be most excellent.
