baffle screws?

Transmission: TH350
baffle screws?
i got a 83 z28 and i just got a new baffle since mine never came with one but i dont got those clip things for the frame holes. all the holes in the frame are there but there nothing for the screws to screw into, no thred. what are those clip things called? were can i get them? is there some universal clips i can get at a parts store?

Are you referring to the fold clips (below) ? Should be able to get them at any automotive store or paint supply house.
