Question regarding abs headliner

I have a 1987 Iroc hardtop that is in the early stages of needing a headliner(It's starting to come loose). The car also has the overhead console which leads me to my question. How hard is it to cut the holes into the new headliner for the console?

They should send you a template for it if you tell them you have the overhead. You can use a dremel tool to cut it out or you can use and xacto knife or razor blade. Dremel tool is safer and faster.

I'm not sure a power tool is going to be safer than a razor blade but it is definitly faster.

Trust me, it's safer.

Alright then, I went ahead and ordered the headliner/visors/sail panels. It doesn't sound like it will be too difficult to install.
