Looks like it. Seems to be the ones for the lower rockers.

Transmission: T5 untill it blows up from to much torque
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" /w auburn pro & 3.89's

so the ones i posted will work for 82-84 gfx? cause im buying these off someone on here

That I'm not too sure of. I told someone that I was putting the 92 gfx on my 86 T/A and I was told I needed the 92 specific brackets to mount the gfx.
Anyone else?

I just checked the ones I pulled off my 84 Z28, and the number stamped into them is H42 8089. Both sides are the same.

But....I mounted the lower door sill 92 gfx onto my 86 brackets and they mounted fine. Coincidence?

No not at all. Previous years won't mount onto later years mounts. What you have will work.
