Engine: 305 to 350 to 383 to BOOM!!!
Transmission: 5-speed
Axle/Gears: 3.73 10-bolt
Body kit question
How does the ground effects come off a 86 Trans Am. There is a screw that holds it on from the cornter panels, and it looks like i need to take off the panels to get at the screws, is this right or am i out of my mind...please help

On the ones that hang below the door there are 10mm bolts i think that run the length of the door underneath the car and a bolt in the fender i think.
If i remember correctly (been so long since i parted out a car with rocker panels) you need to take out hte interior panels in the rear to get the rear pieces off.
But the bumper part is molded to the plastic
