Deep into the transformation...

Hey guys,
I finally couldnt take it anymore. My 91 RS Convertable's red interior was a major part of the car that I didnt like. Not only was it ugly, but it was rather worn too. Lots of stains & tears. I even ripped a few shirts on the wires sticking out of the drivers seat. Anyway, I decided to swap it out for a new grey interior. The past couple months I have been tracking down parts for the swap. Most parts were easy to find, but a few convertable specific parts were kinda tough. I finally got all of the parts last week & began the tear out. The car is completely gutted. All thats left is the shifter, metal floorpan, & a drivers seat! Luckily I have done this before when I installed my system so I knew where all of the screws were, how the clips came off, etc. I will be installing the grey stuff tonight!! I will post pics as soon as I get them.

Just let me know if you need help. I was able to gut it in almost no time because I did it before. I would be happy to help in anyway I can.

It's nice to do that even when you aren't changing colors, allows you to get a really good cleaning on the entire and possibly any bad smells out.

Going with black?
