removing rear trim panel (sun shade)

I'm trying to remove the drivers side rear trim panel, the one with the lock box, but I've run into a problem. How do you remove the roll out sun shade? I don't think the trim panel will come out with the sun shade in there, but I can't figure out how the darn sun shade is removed. I've used the search and can't seem to find out how to remove it, so any help is appreciated.

Grab one end and push it toward the other end to compress it, and then lift it up and out. Once you've removed the shade, there are 2 screws holding the bracket in that you'll need to remove to get the trim panel out.

Thanks! I'll have to try that tomorrow.
