I been thinking about swapping an entire dash from a Monte Carlo SS into my car. Just thought it could be cool and different. A few questions though.
Anyone know or thinkl the dash will even fit and bolt up into a 3rd gen? Anyone forsee problems with the gauges working properly?
Again, I havent started this. Just thinking about it and lookin to get some feedback.

Take a measurement, from A pillar to A pillar on both cars.

the last G body dash ive seen is from the 80s though.. im assuming you mean a new monte?
any pics of what they look like?
as far as the gauges, up until the past couple years, GM has used the same signals for their gauges.. so you probly wont have a problem.
if you need to, you could always use sending units from the orignal car...
worse case, its ECM controlled and the gauges get a data signal. but i doubt it...

I know a 3rd gen Camaro dash was put in an 80s El Camino, which is a G-body. I believe it was done by Lauren Engineering. Although I didn't think the 3rd gen dash fit the style of the El Camino nor do I think that the G-body dash would fit the style of a 3rd gen Camaro, it certainly would be different.
Like I said, just an idea I'm toying with. I just gotta decide if I want to keep my car original or mod it and make i different.
