Help with seat belts

I recently had my seats reupholstered (custom job, not covers)and now have a problem regarding the front seat belts. The problem involves locating the attachment points for the metal belt guide located on the upper part of the front seats. There are 2 bolts that attach the plate to the seat. I do not want to "poke and hope" so I ask for suggestions in accurately locating them. A close up pic of the rear of the seat may be helpfull.

not just poke and hope.. but you should be able to feel the holes.. just don't put enough pressure to peirce the fabric, but just enough to find the holes. that's what i did.... worked out nicely.
