i have an 82 firebird with no rear defrost. it pisses me off that i dont have it cause no that the winter is approching the windows fog up almost every night and is a pain in the *** because it takes a while of driving with the windows down to defrost the window. well my question is is there an add on rear defrost i can buy and put on and if there is how hard is it to intall? well hope i get some help thanx alot.

 

dont know of one that you can just put on but the only solution i see is to replace the entire rear hatch from a donor car and get all the wiring nessesary to work it.

 

Good old J.C. whitney, sells a defroster kit comes in different sizes.
You can go on line or if you have Barnes & Noble book stores in your area they usually have the catalog in the magazine rack.
