4th gen door panels in a 3rd gen...
Hey!This might be a redundant question, but will 4th gen door panels fit in the 3rd gen? Specifically from a '02 into an '87? How much trimming and/or modification is involved, and is it worthwhile? I've seen the dash and console swap pics on here.(specifically the red and black color scheme pics), but I noticed he had 3rd gen door panels. I know that the buttons and all are different, but im more concerned with the fit and look of it etc. Any pics and info. would be most appreciated !!!
Sorry if this was openly discussed, i didn't come across it. Anywayz Thanks fellow 3rd geners.

i need that little search guy w/ the sign pic, hmmm, i'm sure it's here somewhere....but, since i don't feel like "searching for it" i guess i won't....DO A SEARCH, THE PICS ARE THERE, THE PANELS DON'T MATTER FROM 4TH GEN TO 4TH GEN, AND THE WORK WILL BE ENOUGH, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVEN'T SWAPPED DASH STUFF YET...no-one has them w/ a 3rd gen dash that i've seen. Go 4th gen dash, and then 4th gen doors.

will it fit? yes
will it fit without having to modify the pannel? no
will wiring need to change to adapt? yes, afterall your moving from the center console to the doors if you plan to move.
has anyone given good solid info on the modifications needed to make it work? yes, search and you'll find it.
