Classic Industries has them new for about $200. Search in the category sheet metal & body parts and the sub category floor pans and choose your year. You could also just remove the section you need from a junked car and have it welded in place...or just have sheetmetal welded in place if the hole isn't too big.

i helped do this over the summer in a friends 91' RS, it was prety pitiful how much had rusted out, all we ended up doing was buying good sheetmetal at home depot and cutting and grinding then welding it in place, worked fine.
and if you just have one hole, chances are its worse then that, we has most of teh carpet out and it was nuts how much floor we ended up haveing to replace,

Do you have a picture of it you could do that but depending on where it is like i said you would lose the contour of the stock panel they have ridges in them. It would work for a daily driver or somethin that isnt going to be a show car.

Fiberglass!
I had this problem with my car.
First, I removed the entire interior of the car (Actually I did this for welding in the SFC's).
Second, I checked everything else that looked rusty. I only found one place that was rusted through and that was on the driver's side just about where my left foot would normally rest. I would almost bet money that yours is rusted in the same place...
Third, I took a steel brush and cleaned most ( but not all) of the rust from the rusty areas.
Fourth, I hit all the rusty areas with rust converter. It's cool stuff it chemically reacts with the rusted metal, I believe it removes the oxygen from the area? Anyway, it seals the rust up and converts it to a "Primer."
Fifth, I patched the rust through area with fiberglass. It was amazingly easy to work with and it created a very strong seal over the rusted through area.
Sixth, I coated the entire inside of the car with undercoating to seal the metal from oxidation and to deaden noise.
After doing all that I put the interior back in the car and went for a nice long drive to an establishment that served adult beverages...
