What type of plastic was used for Hood Louvers?

I've got a corner chiped off and two of the bolts that go through the hood are broken off. I was going to try to plastic weld it. Eastwood sells plastic to weld with but I needed to know what type was used.

Take the louver off, and flip it over. You should find the correct information on the back in an oval. may say (PP) Polypropylene, or it might be (ABS). pretty much all the interior plasitcs are (PP).
