Paint code help PLEASE!

I own a red 1987 Pontiac Firebird. I'm looking to install a blocked off 1988 Formula Firebird cowl induction hood. Currently the hood's painted factory black and I'm looking to paint it to match with the rest of my car before installation. However, the paint code sticker on the driver's door was removed before I bought the car. I was wondering if anyone knew what the proper paint code would be for my bird. If it helps my VIN is 1G2FS21S9HN233751. I will also post a picture of my car.

Also, if anyone has a registered Carfax account, could you please write me back a Carfax report on this vehicle. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

If it's the car in your sig...I doubt it will match. It looks pretty faded.
You will need to look at the metal plate riveted to the rad support,
for the two digit code, or sometimes there's a spid label under the console lid, also sometimes in the little cubby at the left rear quarter panel.

Actually, my car has little to no fading in the red. The former owner kept it garaged at all times and used it as a summer vehicle (as do I). He sold me the car with 94k on the odometer. The driver's front quarter panel has been painted to match the color of the car and you can barely tell the difference.
