Air bag problem.

I just searched without much luck. I was in an accident a few months ago(it's okay both my bird and I are fine now). I replaced the steering wheel with a good airbag for $10 ebay and Dave84Bird. The infl rest light is still on. Do I need a new sensor and if so where would I buy one and how much would I be charged to have it put on.

Thanks for any information.

you probably need a new airbag module or the "brain" to the system, you may need new impact sensors as well. i'm not sure if they are one time use jobs... i'd think they would be.

You are going to need to get a new air bag module. Once a air bag has been deployed the module stores a code stating the air bag has been deployed and it can not be erased.
