Yellow factory seam sealer

Anyone know how to get this stuff out easily?? Its totally different from any seam sealer I ever seen the torche hardly effects it also. What can i do to get it to come out with out too much trouble maybe some kind of chemical? Also I wanted to purchase all new interior wiring who sells that if anyone knows.

From the tech data for 91 models:

"Production improvements led to use of new body sealants that added to the rigidity of the body."

Maybe late 1990 models also got this 'improved' sealant that maybe giving you hell.

Yes it is there is half and half the black tar stuff in the front is easy to get off but this yellow stuff is from the rear shocks back is givin me hell. You can use a wire wheel and it eventaully digs it out but it slings it all over the place.
