ground effects

is it possible for a 1989 firebird v6 coupe to have ground effects like a trans am stock? because one im looking at now has ground effects and its a v6 sport coupe firebird can anyone help me?

i know for the shure that the 90 v6 birds had ground effects stock. Thought the 89 didn't though. Shure its not a 90?
