On my 87 IROC I'm getting water in the drivers side. It's coming from the vented area by the windshield wipers. This is supposed to drain somewhere, but it must be plugged up. where does it drain at.

 

I found it goes out a hole at the end of the cowl. Then it comes out one facing down to run along the inner fender before the door hinge. It was clear, but that hole has seams to the side of it that allowed water in the car. Had to RTV the seams. Not easy to reach.
