Well how much do you want to spend and are you looking at new or used? I would probably say get the best panels from a salvage yard you can. Classic industries and Hawks both sell decent carpet (hawks is acc I know) and they also sell a headliner/sail panel/sun visor kit for cheap with the board I think. The seats are a toss up, you can get some 4th gen seats new or used or hawks has some really cool front/rear combos for under $500 I think but Im not sure.
By the way I will be ordering carpet, headliner, sail panels, door panels, dash or dash cover, seats, and weatherstripping soon from either Classic industries which is a little cheaper but hawks is pretty clear about what your getting and have good pictures of everything on their site, I think I trust Hawks more.
